Question to all women?

What do you see in a man? I see women everyday well groomed and well dressed.And when ever I go out side I see guys that either need a haircut or need someone to go over it.All of us are wearing basketball shorts and a T shirt and nothing more.So I was wondering what makes you attracted to guys like us basically.I go outside and all I wear is shorts and a T shirt and I still attract women and that makes me confused.
