How do you make a perfect, cafe-style hot chocolate?

i have found vittoria original choccochino dringing chocolate at woolworths. it's about $4.50 for 375gm. I have to say its the best for making hot chocolate. I have a milk frother that heats the milk and froths. I put 3 heaped teaspoons of the chocolate pour the milk in then top it off with froth. sorry, I don't have a video to show you but I will so a search and if i find one i'll post it.
