Best Antivirus of 2011?

I'd like the one with the best balance of security, active blocking, and sexy interface. Does something like this exist? I also need it to be compatible with the Source Engine from Valve so that rules out Bitdefender. I already tried Panda Antivirus and I didn't like it very much. Any ideas? Thanks!
