Got grounded for no reason?

my friend lied to me saying she could give me a ride home at 11. So my other friends mom came to get us at 1130. i got home at 12 bc we had to drop off alot of people. Me and my other friend got grounded. then today at 1130pm i made toast and jam. No big deal i was hungry. my dad got mad And told me i was grounded for 'not being normal' my curfrew is now 10 (used to be 11-1130) im grounded for a week...for making toast. i didnt say anything offensive. i made...toast. none of my friends are going to give me a ride at 10 bc they are aloud out till 1130. my parents work alot so he told me i guess you wont be going out then. hes ruining my summer. help me?
