I got a big problem with a guy?

so on Saturday i was at my uncles party then all of sudden a cute guy comes in which i see him in some of the parties and it was really late like 10 or so pm me and my cousin keep walking were there sitting and once i went in the house for a while then here comes him right there then i went out and follows me.i was walking with my cousin then she stopped because the he guy called her name she was like what.but she has boyfriend so he kind of know but we sit in front of them then so im not sure if there were staring at us cuz i don't know but i think i like but i hope not so thats a trouble ha ha.once i called my other cousin name Ricky so loud which the guy was there far he turned around and said what then i figured that his name is also Ricky which is way crazy so help should i talk to him later or not or im crazy?
