What is a good alternative to the Zune Pass?

Right now I have a Windows Phone 7 and my favorite feature is the Zune pass. I can either stream music or I can download on my pc and transfer the songs (to save from data overages). I'm about to get an Android phone, but I'm trying to find a good replacement for the Zune pass since it won't work on Android (drm and no app). Rhapsody only has streaming, so that's out (plus the interface is horrible). I need something with a mix of streaming and downloading like the Zune pass. (otherwise, I may just break down and buy a Zune). Any suggestions? (Also, it's unclear to me if Qriocity has downloadable music or streaming only).
