My first day at job location and did terribly? My coworkers don't like me. What do I do to get along (x long)?

Dear Jamie, You are obviously a conscientious young lady and this is a good thing (although turning up 15 mins late on your first day IS NOT a good thing!). I would suggest that you continue smiling, be punctual, be pleasant, ask questions, respond quickly and do your very best. I'm sure you'll win them over eventually. They may be jealous that you are there, they are probably insecure in their own positions because deep down they realise that they are not giving it their best. Some people like to transfer their bad energy on to people with good energy. Put your shield up and keep smiling. Good luck. ;>)
