My brother has adhd!!?

My brother has ADHD. And I have to wath I'm during the day. He's 8 just turned 9 2 days ago. He's got medicion doesn't like taking it and when he does it takes a long time to work. When I call my parents to tell them he's not listening they punish us all. Im not allowed to spank him or anything. An the won't take him to daycare. I cant yell at him or he'll tell and I can't take he's stuff away. He also like to yell and kick and punch and hit. It's very annoying I'm 12 and need help to contol him!
