Are there any requirements to Spay/Neuter a dog at Humane Society?

My German Shepherd had puppies, they all went to family and friends except one male that we kept. I know i should have spayed her before but i just thought it wouldn't happen us but it. So now i want to spay her and neuter the pup. I plan to take them to the humane society but i want to know is there any requirements like the papers of shots anything like that? I would like answers from someone that has spayed/neutered their dog at a humane society. Or works there. Thanks in advance (:
