there isn't really a small range of them, they're just much more expensive, it depends on where you live, I found this great place called Twinkle Tots in Melbourne that had a sleigh convertible cot for $300 with mattress and that's the best I've seen for that style. I suggest you try google, type in cots and the area you live in and you should get some hits, hopefully they're affordable, or else you can try eBay.
